TJL HIRZ · Health and safety monitoring
Health and safety, visible every second of the shift.
HIRZ pairs a smart wristband with an on-site gateway and one command view. It reads heart, heat, movement and place, and raises the alert while there is still time to act.
Prepared for Lean · October 2026
The need
In the heat, in the crowd, at home: health can turn in minutes.
A check now and then misses the moment that matters. For people in harsh places, in crowds or in care, vitals need watching all the time.

Who we are
One Saudi team, from the sensor to the screen.
TJL takes its name from تَجَلّى: to manifest, to become visible. We build every layer of HIRZ ourselves, the band, the gateway, the models and the command view, so each one is made for the next.
- Built hereDesigned, built and run in the Kingdom, for Vision 2030 priorities.
- One ownerWhen something needs to change, one team changes every layer.

TJL HIRZ
On the person. On site. On one screen.
Three parts work as one. Each does its job where it works best, so an alert never waits on the internet.
What it reads
Heart, heat, movement and place, all shift long.
One band carries six kinds of reading. Each one feeds the alerts that matter, and every reading arrives with a quality label.

- PersonalScored against each person's own resting and maximum heart rate.
- EscalatesOne alert, raised once, rising from caution to critical.
- HoldsClears only once the person has recovered, never on a passing dip.
- On siteThe gateway decides. It never waits for the internet.
Heat stress
Heat strain, caught on the rise.
HIRZ combines heart rate and estimated core temperature into one strain score for each person. The alert climbs with the risk and clears only once the person has recovered.
Personal baselines
Same heartbeat. Different risk.
A fixed limit treats every body the same. HIRZ judges each heartbeat against the person's own range, from resting to maximum, so it speaks up for the one at risk and stays quiet for the one who is fine.
- RestingEach person's own resting heart rate, held in their profile.
- MaximumSet by age, so the same beat means more at sixty-six than at twenty-one.
- Fewer false alarmsSupervisors trust the alerts they get, and act on them.

Command view
Who is where, and who needs help.
Every person on one map and every alert in one list, worst first. Acknowledge an alert, buzz a band, or open a person to see how they are.

Data you can trust
When a reading is unsure, HIRZ says so.
Every reading carries a quality label, and silence is never taken as good news. Two examples:

Open to other devices
Connect a device. It appears on the board.
A device that speaks HIRZ's open format introduces itself and shows up with no setup. Adapters bring in equipment that speaks the usual building and industry standards.
- It introduces itselfIts name, its readings and their units, in the open format.
- The gateway answersNo registration and no setup on the device.
- It is on the boardLive, with a quality label. A bad reading keeps the last good value.

Use cases
Wherever people need watching over.
The same band, gateway and command view, wherever the heat, the distance, the crowd or age puts people at risk.

What changes
From point checks to a continuous view.
The same people, the same shifts. What changes is how much of their day can be seen, and how early someone can act.

What we ask of Lean
Four things that take HIRZ from a pilot to every shift.
A pilot
Twelve weeks at a site Lean chooses, with success measures agreed up front: coverage, alert delivery, response time and headcount accuracy.
Clinical expertise
Lean's clinical and occupational-health teams set the alert thresholds and response rules with us.
Introductions
Access to the programmes and clients where HIRZ fits: employers, building and energy sites, Hajj services and home-care providers.
Hosting and data
Hosting and health-data governance in the Kingdom, to the standards Lean already runs.
What Lean gets
- 1
Proof
Measured results on real shifts, at a site Lean chooses.
- 2
A new signal
Continuous, consented vitals for prevention and occupational-health programmes.
- 3
A product
A monitoring offer for Lean's clients, at work, in crowds and in care.
Plus a working system, built and run in the Kingdom. Terms to be agreed together.
Seen by TJL. Cared for with Lean.
Together, keeping people safe at work, in crowds and in care.
